Extended Warranty
Attention! The extended warranty is granted to end users of the products by simply filling in the form found on our website, a little below (with all the required data complete). The products must be purchased within the last 40 days from Pick-Up SRL or from an authorized dealer! The product categories that fall under this service are: Hardtops - models GSE, CME, GWE, CME-W. Closures for dump models: SCR Sport Cover, Top Star II, Easy45II.

Warranty
S.C. Pick Up S.R.L., grants warranty for all product ranges distributed as follows, provided that the product under warranty has glued on it the Pick Up matrix!
- Pick-up.roproducts are thoroughly tested in all phases of production. This is the guarantee that all pick-up.ro products are free of any kind of shortcomings or problems due to the material used as well as manufacturing. Under normal use, the manufacturer grants for the products a warranty period of one year, which may be requested from SC. Pick Up SRL., as well as from service networks authorized by SC. Pick Up Ltd. For the replaced product, we provide one more year warranty.The warranty does not include: breakage, cracking or scratching windows, twisting, warping, rusting as well as scratching telescopes after mounting. Pick-up.ro products, along with the upholstery for the dump provided by SC. Pick Up SRL., ensures maximum waterproofness. In the case of warranty repairs, transportation costs to the nearest authorized service are borne by the customer. In case of use on rough terrain should be borne in mind that the fixing screws to be checked and if necessary periodically tightened.
- For the dump trim we provide lifetime warranty under normal use. If damage occurs in the car's plateau and because of this the dump trim will be damaged, the product (trim) loses its warranty.
- Pick-Up.Ro, WARN products are manufactured based on accumulated experiences and are tested for several months to ensure their proper functioning. For the raw material used as well as the workmanship, the manufacturer grants one year warranty which can be requested from SC. Pick Up SRL. or by the services authorised by it, if it is proved that the defective products have been used as described in the technical description under normal conditions of use.
- For the spotlights from the Pick-Up.Ro, IPF, Vision-X range , a one year warranty is granted, under normal use conditions, for the raw material used and for the workmanship.
The warranty does not cover: breakage, cracking or scratching of lenses as well as lamp housings caused by stones or other objects and which were caused after the lamp was mounted on the machine.
- For towing hooks the warranty term is 18 months from the date of sale, but not more than 24 months from the date of manufacture. The warranty does not refer to elements subject to friction, but to any manufacturing defects.
In the case of warranty repairs, transportation costs to the nearest authorized service are borne by the customer.
Purchased products lose their warranty if they are installed by unauthorized services, not belonging to the service network authorized by SC. Pick Up SRL., or if they were used improperly.
At the same time, the warranty conditions exclude damages suffered as a result of fire, natural calamities resulting in the total or partial destruction of the product.
30 days right of return
In view of the fact that the products sold by the company Pick Up SRL meet all the European quality standards in force (TUV Certificates, EU Approvals, RAR Certifications, etc.) we are happy to inform you that it was possible to adopt the "30 DAYS RIGHT OF RETURN" policy - we are the first company active in this field and introducing this type of service.
To be able to benefit from this service, you need to notify us no later than the 30th calendar day after the date of the invoice, and have the return form filled in with all the data requested in it - please request this form from the sales department . Also, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, as well as undamaged packaging (damaged packaging is not considered, packaging properly opened and repackaged in the original condition).
If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from its value, amount which will be communicated after the assessment of the damages caused. If these returns are repeated, we will consider them abusive and we reserve the right to refuse to accept them.
Also, all related return expenses (shipping costs, etc.) are borne entirely by the Buyer.
The order form signed and stamped by the Buyer and SC Pick Up SRL is equivalent to a valid sales-purchase contract concluded between the parties. Warranty rights can be validated using the warranty card.
